Really good City Stay Experience!

city center location easy access friendly team

The location is superb! I found the hotel in the city center. Access to trains and buses is easy. My check-in was simple using the tablet. I appreciated the bar reception team's friendliness. They were very helpful.

The room heating was not working for my entire stay! It blew out cold air. I was offered extra blankets.

The breakfast buffet includes cheese, hams, breads, fruit, and oats. The hotel bar is great. It's perfect for taking a break during the day.

My WOW double room featured white decor. It felt spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the TOTO toilet seat. Two Marshall speakers made it easy to settle after a long day.

The hotel's location provides walking distance to city highlights! The Christmas markets were very close. Many bars and restaurants in the Altstadt are also within easy reach. Parking garages are nearby.

ideal location shopping area

The location is IDEAL near the shopping area. An elevator gives direct access to the shopping mall. This IS convenient. I was kinda surprised by this.

The BED is really small.

bland toppings disappointing breakfast

The location was good for getting to activities and social spots.

The room's design seemed experimental. Cramming the hotel into the space felt quirky but not in a good way. I found the space impractical. Breakfast was disappointing too. It had over-hyped bake-off bread and bland toppings.
